This Privacy Policy explains how Datebrook ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit https://datebrook.com (the "Site"). We have designed the Site so that you never need to give us your name, email address, phone number or photos.
1. Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record the following technical information:

2. Cookies
We use two first-party, strictly functional cookies: mp_vid (a random visitor identifier, up to 13 months) and mp_sid (a random visit identifier, 30 minutes). They contain no personal details and are not used for cross-site advertising. We also store a flag in your browser's local storage once you dismiss our privacy notice.
3. Legal basis

4. Sharing
When you click to view a recommended platform, we pass a random click identifier and a campaign label to our affiliate network partner so that referrals can be attributed. We do not sell your information and we do not share your IP address or preference selections with partners. Once you arrive on a partner platform, its own privacy policy applies.
5. Retention
Raw visit records are automatically deleted after 365 days. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.
6. Security
Data is stored on secured servers, transmitted over HTTPS and accessible only to authorised administrators.
7. Your rights

8. Children
The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
